New: Straight out of the printer’s carton with no obvious defects.įine: Clean, with no defects, but may show slight wear at edges of book or dust jacket. ON CONDITIONS: Though I use the traditional book-grading terms listed below, it is not possible to annotate the specific defects of each copy, so I’ve defined my terms to describe the average quality of the books in the respective grades.
